§  Season Extenders- Thurs, Aug 18, Blue River Room, Silverthorne Library, Silverthorne, 6:00-7:15pm
Pat McCarty, CSU Extension Agent will teach you how to be garden smart and reap the rewards. Learn ways to grow in the high country from April to October using various season extenders.
 
§  Harvesting Secrets- Wed, Aug 24, Blue River Room, Silverthorne Library, Silverthore, 6:00-7:00pm
Join Tracy Mears, long time high country gardener, on the secrets to when and how to harvest right.

4-H Gardening Information

4-H Gardening Club

Starting Tuesday, March 8 –  4-H is starting the children’s/youth Gardening Club on Tues, March 8. However, children can still join after March 8! 

The yearly fee for 4H is $40. Scholarships available for low-income that brings down the cost to $15. There are many programs that 4H offers besides gardening. Please see flyers (General information, 4-H Gardening Club) for additional information.
